By accessing or using Quest Wallet ("Quest", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use Quest.

2. Self-Custody Wallet

Quest is a self-custody wallet.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and recovery phrases.
  • We do not store your private keys, and we cannot recover your assets if you lose access to your wallet.

3. Rewards Program

  • Quest enables users to earn rewards based on trading activity through the Pumpfun platform.
  • Rewards are calculated based on your wallet usage and are subject to eligibility and verification through Quest's backend systems.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time without prior notice.

4. No Financial Advice

  • Quest does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
  • Use of Quest and participation in trading activities involve risk.
  • You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions while using the wallet.

5. Eligibility

By using Quest, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction.
  • You are not prohibited from using blockchain services under any applicable law.

6. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use Quest for illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with Quest's systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Quest, its affiliates, and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of assets, profits, or data.
  • You use Quest at your own risk.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

  • We may update or change Quest and these Terms at any time.
  • Changes will be effective when posted.
  • Continued use of Quest after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Quest at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.
